How can I track my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order history and real-time status updates by logging into your Pfaltzgraff account.

Is Pfaltzgraff dinnerware microwave and dishwasher safe?

Most of our stoneware and porcelain collections are safe for use in both the microwave and dishwasher. However, items with metallic accents or hand-painted details may require hand-washing. Please check the 'Use and Care' section on the specific product page for details.

What is your return policy for damaged or unsatisfactory items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage to initiate a free replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I care for my flatware to prevent spotting?

To maintain the luster of your stainless steel flatware, we recommend rinsing off acidic foods immediately after use and avoiding detergents with lemon or orange additives, which can cause corrosion over time.

Can I purchase individual replacement pieces for a dinnerware set?

Yes, we offer an 'Open Stock' program for many of our most popular patterns, allowing you to purchase individual plates, bowls, or mugs to replace broken pieces or expand your collection.
